POST - KATRINA UPDATE:
The mall was heavily damaged during Hurricane Katrina and by a fire in August 2005. Oakwood Shopping Center will reopen its Dillard's store in between August and November, and the entire mall will reopen in October 2007 at the earliest. To date, Oakwood has only reopened its Sears store.
